𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Supervise the receiving, inspection, counting, and recording of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements using SAP or other ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with Production to ensure the timely availability of materials and monitor material consumption.
- Monitor minimum and reorder stock levels and report shortages, damaged, missing, or excess materials to the Inventory Controller.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Verify Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders, invoices, material requisitions, and other inventory-related documents.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, handling, and organization of materials, including oil-based and hazardous products.
- Monitor inventory movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns, and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded.
- Supervise and allocate manpower to the inventory team and monitor daily performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for the Inventory Controller.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Finance, and other departments regarding inventory requirements and related issues.
- Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety, and HSE compliance.
- Assist the Inventory Controller with stock audits, physical inventory counts, and inventory-related investigations.

- Previous experience as an Inventory Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience in the lubricants, oil & gas, chemical, or related industries is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.

Lubrex FZC is looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Supervisor to manage and coordinate our loading and logistics operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in container loading, cargo arrangement, manpower planning, logistics coordination, and operational reporting, with the ability to ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispatch operations.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Plan, supervise, and manage the loading team to maximize daily container-loading capacity.
- Prepare daily loading plans and ensure all loading activities are completed according to schedule.
- Properly plan the loading orientation and arrangement of goods inside containers to maximize space utilization and ensure safe loading.
- Inspect containers before loading and ensure they are clean, dry, structurally sound, and suitable for loading.
- Check finished goods before loading to ensure the correct quantity, packing, labels, product condition, and customer requirements are met.
- Ensure pallets, wrapping materials, promotional items, and other required loading materials are available before loading.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth loading operations.
- Monitor loading team performance and allocate manpower effectively according to the daily loading plan.
- Ensure goods are handled properly during loading to prevent damage, leakage, contamination, or incorrect loading.
- Maintain proper loading records, container inspection reports, daily loading reports, and other logistics documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly logistics and loading performance reports to management.
- Handle logistics-related communication through email and coordinate with internal departments and transport/service providers.
- Ensure all loading activities follow company HSE, quality, and operational procedures.
- Identify loading delays or operational problems and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline in the loading area.
- Ensure the dispatch order is followed accurately and that no incorrect or unauthorized goods are loaded.

- Previous experience as a Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Loading Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of container loading and cargo arrangement.
- Good understanding of container inspection and cargo condition checking.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good knowledge of email communication and report preparation.
- Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Good manpower planning and team-management skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet loading and dispatch deadlines.
