- Domestic Sales Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Setting sales goals and developing effective sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating high-quality leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Preparing and sending accurate quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process using specific software programs.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Actively participating in sales team meetings.
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the lubricants field within the UAE market.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in sales management software.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

Receptionist
- Receptionist
- Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials stocked.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
- Requirements:
- Good written and verbal English skills.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Additional Skills (Advantageous):
- Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar capacity.
- Additional certification in Office Management.
