As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a role in supporting the HR Manager in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, KPI, J.D (job description) and benefits administration.
You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective HR support to employees and managers.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Provide support with employee relations matters, including resolving issues and conducting investigations.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Support with training and development initiatives.
- Provide general HR advice and guidance to employees and managers.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources.
- Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
3–5 years in graphic design; experience in the lubricant industry will be an added advantage.
- Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, visual hierarchy).
Knowledge of video editing and 3D design is a plus.
- Communication:
Good written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate effectively and avoid typos and grammatical errors.
- Creativity & Teamwork:
A creative thinker who works well with the marketing team.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio:
A diverse portfolio showcasing your creative expertise.
